Turf/Course Maintenance
Position: Turf/Course Maintenance
This position is responsible for ensuring the golf course, grounds, greens and gardens are maintained throughout the golf season. This position requires early morning starts, use of equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, rakes, etc. Extended periods of physical activity – walking, bending, lifting outside in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of greens, fairways, tee decks, driving range, including fertilizing, raking, cutting grass, weeding, pruning, etc.
- Operate equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, golf carts, blowers etc.
- Set up the course for events – including signage, tee decks etc.
- Follow health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to work a variety of shifts (early morning, afternoon, evenings) including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Effective communication skills, speaking, listening and responding
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with customers with a positive attitude
- Good Physical Strength – Ability to stand/walk/bend/push/pull for extended periods of time, lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to follow and take direction from Supervisors
- Knowledge of golf an asset, but not required.

Position: Server/ Kitchen/ Beverage Cart

Food & Beverage Supervisor
Position Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and sell a minimal seasonal Food & beverage grill menu
- Sell on-course snacks and beverages
Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certified is mandatory (minimum 19 yrs old)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Patience and customer-orientated approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays)
- Ability to lift, stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and to work cohesively as part of a team

Pro Shop Attendant:
Responsibilities:
· Book tee time reservations, check in golfers, assist in golf cart set up
· Answer phone and direct calls
· Complete Point-of-Sale transactions in the Pro Shop selling merchandise and equipment
· Have a basic knowledge of the merchandise and equipment sold in the Pro Shop
Qualifications:
· Must be able to work a variety of shifts – early mornings, evening, weekends and holidays
· Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
· Effective communication skills, speaking, listening and responding
· Smart Serve Certified
· Knowledge of golf an asset
